Shipping
Our shipping partner for the U.S.A. and Europe is "DHL" to ensure a fast, secure and traceable delivery of all orders.
For the rest of the world we are shipping via "ELTA Hellenic Posts", the national post company which ensures reliable and cost effective delivery of products around the world.
If you are based outside of the U.S.A. or Europe and you would like your goods to be shipped via "DHL", please contact us at info@lambda-razors.com
We know how important it is to get your order delivered as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we always try to dispatch all orders within two business days. Please note that this may take longer during public holidays and sale periods.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Greek holidays.
Delivery times are:
- Greece: 1-2 business days
- Europe (DHL Express): 2-6 business days
- Europe (DHL Economy Select): 4-10 business days
- U.S.A. (DHL Express): 2-5 business days
For U.S.-based customers:
Please note that delivery times may be extended, as U.S. Customs is requiring additional verification on all international shipments regardless of their value. In such cases, DHL may contact you directly to request information needed to clear your parcel(s). These checks are routine and once completed, your package will be on its way without any further delays.
Tracking your parcel
Once available, the tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you want to pick your parcel up from a DHL location or reschedule a delivery for another day, the ODD service makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is in the hands of DHL, you will receive an email and/or SMS to inform you about the expected delivery date of your order. If the ODD service is available at your location, this notification will also contain a link to the ODD website. All you need is your tracking reference (waybill).
Be advised that in case you submit different delivery instructions to DHL during your order's delivery whether it is through ODD or over the phone or message with the delivery courier, Lambda Razors cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to your parcel(s).
In case any issue is noticed with the delivery of your order, you need to inform our Customer Care team within 2 business days of the delivery date so we can investigate the matter with DHL. If this deadline is not followed, DHL might not be able to investigate it!
Here are the options you can select to customize your delivery:

Collection from a DHL Access Point
If you will not be available for your delivery, you can choose to pick up your order from a DHL Access Point.
ODD will show you the nearest DHL Access Points to you, so you can select which one works best for you. Once delivered, DHL will send you a notification that will include the deadline to pick up your package before it gets sent back to a DHL depot.
In order to collect your parcel from a DHL Access Point, you will need to bring your personal ID (e.g. passport or driving license) and your email or SMS notification from DHL.

Schedule Your Delivery
In case the original estimated delivery date does not suit you, this option allows you to select another delivery date. Depending on your location, you can even select a precise time frame to customize your delivery with more accuracy.
Billing/Shipping Address
We suggest to avoid using different billing and shipping addresses during your orders, where possible. Different address may signal a "fraud alert" in our system and this may cause delays in the delivery of your orders. In any case, if you want to ship to a different address, we will probably follow up with an email to make sure everything is normal and safe.
Returns
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lambda-razors.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
