Da ultimo, ma veramente non ultimo per la sua ovvia importanza, è piacevole lo scorrimento sulla pelle del viso e molto efficace nella rasatura.
In estrema sintesi: sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto.
Una domanda pratica: come procurarsi ricambi dell'anellino posto tra manico e pettine se, per disattenzione, cade nello scarico del lavabo.

Level crafted work of art. Beautiful design and function. Surprisingly mild for an open comb leaving no nicks or cuts when applied at the proper angle. I’m on the waiting list for Athena. I have many razors both new and vintage. Lambda razors are next level design and Beauty.

I would have never thought that there exists an open comb safety razor that is so dumbproof to use and at the same time as efficient as a straight razor. I tested it on 1-month long beard and it gave me a BBS shave without a single nick. If you don’t believe me, give it a try. From the moment I used it, I never touched any other razor in my collection again.

Blade Pairing

While I’ve run the Ares with my usual DE suspects — Feather, Bic, Personna Med Prep — its design makes them all perform at their best, to the point where differences blur. because of very good experience with Lambda Athena I also ordered the Ares. I really wanted to try if this razor with open comb would match me. In the past all open comb razors were not very comfortable for me, but this one did it. the Ares V2 Bronze was similar smooth like the Athena, really very efficent and smooth. For me only the weight was too much (the same I had at Athena, first owned a Bronze, later changed to a titanium satin). So I also will change to an Ares V2 Titanium Satin, matchin my also Titanium Athena. Really happy with Lambda. They also answer very fast to emails so it is a real pleisure. Thank you very much Theodoros!

I loved the Athena so I purchased this as well. I will be running this razor when I have longer hair growth. Lambda as a whole produces incredibly high quality products. Glad I explored this line and I find them to be in the top best of the bunch and that is coming from someone who owns about 80 razors.

An absolutely stunning razor with a beautiful mahogany box. I have a number of high end efficient razors and none shave any closer than this. Sometimes I think the BBS shave with this razor lasts longer than any of the others. Very efficient yet very smooth. A unique and refined product. Definitely a standout in my collection.
